Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficiency in Excel required
  • 8+ years experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP, Synthesis, or TopTech a plus
  • Experience with Power BI or Alteryx preferred

Responsibilities

  • Navigate and manage stressful situations in a professional, solution-oriented manner that achieves the best outcomes and overall team performance
  • Monitor the full pipeline margin accounting process--from ticketing through billing and reporting--identify and resolve issues as they arise and escalate matters to Management when appropriate
  • Accountable to the performance of direct reports, including proactively engaging to provide positive feedback or developmental feedback to correct behaviors and improve performance as needed
  • Understand the working details of multiple systems, the accounting organization, and all business operations
  • Utilizes relationships with counterparties to collaborate and improve processes and procedures that are in the best interest of the company and the team
  • Ability to translate constructive feedback into positive changes for themselves and their team
  • Builds and maintains collaborative relationships across departments, serving as a trusted leader and advocate for direct reports and accounting teams
  • Proactively leads initiatives, resolves complex issues, and mitigates risks with minimal oversight, ensuring team efficiency and operational success
  • Aligns team goals with leadership's vision by setting clear expectations, communicating strategic direction, and driving cross-functional alignment
  • Champions a culture of inclusion, transparency, and continuous improvement by fostering open communication and valuing diverse perspectives
  • Invests in team development through structured career planning, coaching, and mentorship while recognizing contributions and encouraging growth
