About The Position

Responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling the performance of Patient Nutrition Representatives and Patient Nutrition Assistants to include the fostering of guest relations and adherence to policies and procedures. Ensures timely, quality foodservice to customers. Knowledge of computerized diet office software systems.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read, speak, write, understand and follow written and oral instructions.
  • Five years experience in foodservice is required, of which one year of experience in a health care setting is preferred.
  • Must be familiar with management techniques.
  • Must show initiative and judgement in dealing with a variety of types of employees and visitors.
  • Must be knowledgeable of sanitary and safety regulations.
  • Computer use.

Nice To Haves

  • One year supervisory experience preferred.
