Position Summary: Serves as a liaison between patients, families and all departments and sites of service, providing a neutral resource for the timely resolution of customers' concerns, problems, and unmet needs. Identifies and interacts with all appropriate organizational leaders to coordinate and facilitate the investigation, mediation and effective resolution of areas of concern with a special emphasis on those related to clinical care. Provides supervision and training of departmental staff, coordinates compliance with timely response to all customer concerns and oversight of the departmental database. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in healthcare -related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a health care delivery environment

  • RN License preferred
