Supervisor, Patient Financial Services, Billing, Hybrid (KY/IN Residents Only)
About The Position
Responsible for the daily supervision of the unit as well as resolution of assigned accounts . By performing these functions, the supervisor ensures that established goals and other metrics assigned by Senior Leadership are met or exceeded with integrity in a positive manner while adhering to compliance regulations. This role offers a hybrid work option. Initial training will take place at a Norton Healthcare facility, and you must be available to come onsite for business needs as required. Employees in this position must reside in Kentucky or Indiana.
Requirements
- One year in healthcare central business office or patient accounting services
