Do you have experience in Patient Access? Do you have supervisory skills? UPMC is hiring a full-time Supervisor, Patient Access for the Revenue Cycle department. This position would work at UPMC Jameson. The position would typically work Monday through Friday, as well as one weekend per month, from 10:00am until 6:00pm, however, all shifts (daylights, evenings, overnights. weekends, and holidays) would be required as needed to help maintain staffing levels. The Supervisor, Patient Access performs a wide variety of functions depending on the needs of the department. They are responsible for technical support, are required to have cognizant skills for other roles in the department, staff direction and development, and leadership, and must take accountability for key performance indicators, quality improvement, continuing education activities, and supervision of associates. In this role, The Supervisor, Patient Access needs to ensure that methodologies, policies, and procedures are deployed to guarantee the highest quality standards with extraordinary customer service as the goal.
