About The Position

Oversees all human, financial, and informational resources allotted to the Ortho Central Patient Intake Team. Assures adequate staffing and satisfaction of appropriate metrics. Works to improve the patient experience. Oversees all patient intake functions. Utilizes data and good logical thinking skills to continuously optimize the functions performed in the department and seeking to continuously improve patient experience. Supports the intake team with appropriate database changes and enhancements/improvements.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and third party payer insurance required.
• 3 - 5 years experience in Patient Access or Patient Financial Services in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
