Own your projects: set timeframes, make key tax decisions, and dive into complex issues with support from our tax experts. Stay ahead of the curve with the latest tax laws and regulations – your input keeps us sharp. Prepare and review a wide range of tax returns, from straightforward to complex, primarily for partnership clients. Analyze IRS notices, draft thoughtful responses, and tackle non-routine tax questions with confidence. Plan proactively: create tax projections and strategies that help clients thrive year-round. Jump into client meetings, offering insights and support to both staff and clients whenever needed. Balance multiple projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly and deadlines are comfortably met. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in accounting or related field.
Experience with partnership tax returns and procedures
On your way to a CPA, or already certified? Even better.
Active member (or eligible for membership) in AICPA and NCACPA.
Confident using modern tax software and digital tools.
Passionate about personal and professional development – meet your CPEs and keep learning.
Strong time management and organizational skills – you know how to prioritize and deliver.
Valid driver’s license and a solid driving record (for occasional client travel).
Comfortable with keyboarding (5-7 hours/day)
Willing to travel as needed for client engagements or team events
