About The Position

The Pain Services Supervisor oversees all reception, scheduling, billing, medical records and clinic flow elements of Swedish Pain Services (SPS) at all of its locations. Acts as a resource for all SPS Departments. Supervises the work of the Patient Services Coordinators, Patient Financial and Scheduling Specialists, Office and Billing Coordinators. Teams with the Clinic Manager and Medical Director to oversee the functions and operations of SPS and is part of the management/leadership team. Develops policies and workflow for business office/front office/administrative operations. Effectively responds to all patient feedback and customer service issues, maintains written log and participates in related problem solving. Requirements

  • Associate's Degree Or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school --or-- Work experience may be substituted for the educational requirement
  • 5 years of experience within a healthcare business office environment
