About The Position

Join Millennium Print Group as a Supervisor, Packaging! We’re seeking an experienced Supervisor, Packaging to lead a dynamic packaging team at our Raleigh, NC facility. Requirements

  • High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, packaging, or printing operations.
  • Knowledge of ISO, OSHA, 5S, and continuous improvement practices preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MIS, and intranet systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of ISO, OSHA, 5S, and continuous improvement practices preferred.
  • High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the packaging team while overseeing daily production operations.
  • Monitor production schedules, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate production, quality, and downtime records, report key metrics to management.
  • Partner with management on human capital initiatives including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, QMS standards, ISO 9001 requirements, and security protocols.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, lean manufacturing practices, and cost reduction efforts.
