About The Position

This position will be supporting both Alder and Renton sites. The PACE Operations Supervisor assists PACE Operations Site Manager in organizing, coordinating, directing, and evaluating overall functions and program activities as delegated by the Chief, Providence PACE Seattle. This position supports the PACE Operations Site Manager in comprehensive population management of PACE (Program-of-All-Inclusive-Care for the Elderly) participants including, quality, service, utilization and financial outcomes. Providence PACE is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible living in the community through clinics, home visits and more. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social work, Business administration, or a health related field, or equivalent educ/experience
  • Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
  • 2 years experience in business operations, including at least one year experience working with the elderly.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Social work, Business administration, or a health related field, or equivalent educ/experience
  • 1 year experience in care management, population management and/or evidenced-based clinical care.
  • Experience with team-building and interpersonal conflict management.
  • Experience with staff supervision and management to budget.
