About The Position
Ellie Mental Health is seeking a licensed LCSW Clinical Supervisor ready to step into a leadership role with a clear path to Clinic Director. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a locally owned, fast-growing clinic focused on expanding access to high-quality mental health care. What You’ll Do Maintain a caseload of 20–22 clients per week Provide clinical supervision to a small team of pre-licensed therapists (MSW/LMSW) Oversee clinic productivity, documentation, and quality of care Support hiring, training, and performance management Partner with ownership to drive clinic growth and community outreach What We’re Looking For Active Virginia LCSW license + VA Board Approved Supervisor status 1–2+ years of clinical supervision experience in private practice Comfortable in a performance-based compensation environment Strong knowledge of VA mental health regulations Organized, accountable, and energized by leadership Why Join Ellie? Requirements
- Active Virginia LCSW license + VA Board Approved Supervisor status
- 1–2+ years of clinical supervision experience in private practice
- Comfortable in a performance-based compensation environment
- Strong knowledge of VA mental health regulations
- Organized, accountable, and energized by leadership
