About The Position

Ellie Mental Health St. Charles is hiring Licensed and Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our growing outpatient clinic. We are seeking LCSWs, LCPCs, LMFTs, LPCs, and LSWs, including Spanish-speaking / bilingual therapists , to provide individual, family, and trauma-informed therapy services to diverse populations. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking a supportive, flexible, outpatient therapy position with strong compensation, benefits, licensure support, and minimal administrative burden. Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field
Active Illinois license or provisional license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LPC, LSW)
Experience with treatment planning and clinical documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain professional boundaries
Timely completion of documentation (24–48 hours)
Comfortable working with diverse and multicultural populations
Experience with EHR systems (Valant preferred)
