Current guidelines require employees to work at least three days in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the third day set by the employee and supervisor based on department needs. These guidelines apply to roles approved for remote work and are subject to change, based on managerial discretion and work performance. All applicants must be able to work up to five days in the office if needed (for example: emergencies, training, or other business needs) or should the policy change. Role and Scope of Position: Supervise and coach Eversource Outage Coordinators. This involves the analysis, coordination, and scheduling of transmission and distribution system outages using off line AC load flow analysis and applicable guidelines, procedures, and other transmission and distribution system reliability standards/rules to produce a workable maintenance outage schedule. Monitor system conditions, disturbances and security on an as needed basis and provide management input and operational guidance when necessary in a coaching and counseling manner on a day to day basis. Will involve higher levels management in discussions of unusual events, real time or anticipated, as directed by System Operation management. Assist in management decision making during emergency restoration efforts.
