Requirements

The ideal candidate is an organized, positive leader who communicates well, supports team morale, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
Hospitality experience, especially in golf and food and beverage, is a strong attribute, along with a commitment to excellent guest service.

Nice To Haves

Food and beverage experience, ideally in a golf setting

Responsibilities

Lead the team while working alongside to produce a seamless operation throughout the day.
Support team growth through ongoing training and development, helping associates exceed guest expectations.
Provide consistent coaching and performance monitoring to ensure we deliver a truly world class golf experience, while fostering a culture of inclusion, empowerment, and joy.
Collaborate with golf operations and restaurant leaders to ensure a seamless course experience.
Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Support administrative operations, including paperwork, opening and closing procedures, inventory ordering, delivery scheduling, point‑of‑sale updates, and records control.
Perform clerk and course server duties as needed to support daily operations.
