The Lead Course Server/Beverage Cart Attendant supports daily Golf Food & Beverage operations by serving as the primary on-course resource for staff and maintaining clear departmental communication. The role assists management with administrative tasks, updates training materials, and leads training for new and current team members. Ideal candidates bring beverage cart experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the professional hospitality standards expected at Kohler. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership & Communication Serve as the oncourse point of contact for staff. Communicate operational updates, service changes, and information to the team. Update departmental communication screens with current information. Assist management with creating, updating, and maintaining training materials. Lead training and assist with onboarding for new and existing team members. Support staff through oncourse challenges. Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth golf operations. Administrative & Operational Support Support cost control efforts and help maintain accurate inventory levels. Support all areas of golf operations as needed. Perform the duties of servers and clerks when required. Reopen or correct closed checks using elevated POS knowledge and training. TRAINING & GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES Participate in leadership development programs. Contribute ideas during seasonal planning sessions. Expand knowledge of golf and hospitality operations. Develop advanced POS, inventory, and administrative skills. Take part in communication and service‑standard refinement. Explore pathways for advancement into supervisory or assistant management roles This is a part-time, seasonal opportunity working both weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary between 6:30 am and 9:00 pm.
