Your Impact Lead with Vision: Supervise daily scheduling and referral operations across multiple service areas, acting as a subject matter expert for our integrated care teams. Drive Excellence: Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify and implement process improvements that enhance both patient access and revenue cycle performance. Collaborate & Connect: Build strong partnerships with surgeons, clinical teams, and referring offices to optimize physician block time and patient care coordination. Develop Your Team: Mentor and grow a high-performing staff through ongoing training, feedback, and professional development. Ensure Continuity: Manage the full lifecycle of inbound and outbound referrals, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up for every patient. What You Bring Education/Experience: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or at least 5 years of specialized experience in healthcare scheduling and referrals. Leadership Edge: A proven track record of managing teams in a fast-paced medical environment. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of EMR systems and referral workflows. A Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) credential is a plus. Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or at least 5 years of specialized experience in healthcare scheduling and referrals.
  • A proven track record of managing teams in a fast-paced medical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of EMR systems and referral workflows.
  • A commitment to professional demeanor, critical thinking, and a patient-first mentality in every interaction.

Nice To Haves

  • A Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) credential is a plus.
