Talbott Recovery is currently looking for a Fulltime Supervisor of Residential Assistants for our Main Campus on Hunter Road, Atlanta. Requirements

High School diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years in Mental Health field.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Social Work or related field strongly preferred.
Minimum 1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

Participates as a member of the clinical treatment teams.
Coordinates patient transportation.
Performs regular inspections of residences, ancillary and common areas for sanitization, order, safety and comfortable environment in conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
Plans and conducts patient orientations
Performs responsibilities according to clinical and timeliness guidelines, and applies performance feedback.
Facilitates recovery oriented educational and discussion groups
Responsible for the hiring and onboarding of Residential Assistants
Trains, coaches, evaluates, and supervises Residential Assistants.
Conducts routine meetings with staff.
Oversees work schedule for Resident Assistants
