The Supervisor supports service delivery in natural environments, promotes caregiver coaching practices, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, families, and community partners to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and organizational priorities. This position is structured to support approximately 80% administrative/supervisory responsibilities and 20% direct service delivery, ensuring clinical modeling, service continuity, and field-based support.
