About The Position

We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Supervisor of Behavior Services to work with K-8 students during the 2026-2027 school year. This is an 11-month position; work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The Supervisor of Behavior Services leads the development, implementation, and oversight of a comprehensive schoolwide behavior support program. This role ensures effective systems, interventions, and staff supports are in place to meet the behavioral and social-emotional needs of all students.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Completion of BACB-approved supervision training (8-hour supervision course)
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience providing ABA services (school-based preferred)
  • Valid Pennsylvania educator certification through the Pennsylvania Department of Education , such as: Supervisor of Pupil Services Special Education Supervisor School Psychologist certification
  • Experience in public school or charter school setting
  • Experience supervising RBTs and/or BCBA candidates
  • Strong knowledge of IDEA, FBA/BIP development, and trauma-informed practices
  • Current and acceptable FBI, PA Criminal, and PA Child Abuse clearances.
