About The Position

The Supervisor-NTC is responsible for supervising and leading clinical and administrative staff, monitoring daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient patient care delivery. Implementing and optimizing processes to enhance productivity and patient satisfaction. Ensuring compliance with medical standards, regulations, and practice protocols. Performs other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Able to keyboard 30-40 wpm
  • Read, write legibly, and speak in English with professional quality
  • use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position

  • Associates’ Degree preferred
  • Minimum two years hospital and/or rehabilitation scheduling or billing experience preferred
