About The Position

The secret ingredient in every single dish served in our hotels & restaurants is a pinch of hard work behind the scenes.
We’re looking for a supervisor to help our overnight cleaning team make every experience memorable by setting and maintaining exceptional standards in our public areas as well as our heart-of-the-house areas.
You'll need a high degree of organization and an exceptional eye for detail.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in the same or similar role.
• Experience working in a busy environment and working to deadlines
• Willingness to learn new things and work as part of a wider hotel team

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Night Porter a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating, delegating, and supervising the work of a large crew, identifying deficiencies throughout the night and ensuring correction before sunrise.
• Cleaning and sterilizing floors, restrooms, elevators, countertops, walls, stoves, ovens, grills, sinks and cooking equipment. This includes both indoor and outdoor space.
