What We’re Looking For We’re looking for an exceptional Recruiter to help us scale our team by hiring exceptional talent. You'll play a key role in defining our hiring strategy, shaping our recruiting processes, and ensuring that every candidate has an amazing experience with us. In this highly challenging role, you'll be expected to help us win the talent war by identifying, attracting, and winning over the best talent. You'll work directly with our founders to: Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to closing candidates. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent across engineering, product, GTM, etc. Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication and process improvements. Experiment with creative sourcing techniques and branding strategies.
