Oversee daily operations within assigned function, ensuring team performance aligns with organizational and regulatory expectations. Identify, implement, and monitor process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and accuracy across the Mid-Revenue Cycle. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards. Maintain confidentiality of patient records and escalate concerns as necessary. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Leverage healthcare technology and analytics tools to optimize workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance decision-making processes. Serve as a liaison between Mid-Revenue Cycle functions and other departments, facilitating communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. Supervise and develop team members by providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities. Conduct hiring, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce. Monitor quality standards, address operational challenges, and implement corrective actions to maintain a high level of service delivery.
