About The Position

The Publicis Media Exchange tactically plans and activates across all local media channels too, including Television, Radio, Traditional OOH, Streaming Audio, Digital Video (OTT/CTV/VOD), and Digital & Programmatic OOH. Our tactical planning roles are the critical thread translating the communication goals to tactical plans and outcomes. In this role your passion for learning marketplace nuances and local dynamics will be pivotal to our success.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience negotiating Local Video and Local Investment with specific knowledge of Television and Radio
  • communicate well and are great with people
  • proven leader, who is approachable, collaborative, responsible and accountable
  • exhibit sharp attention to detail and have strong math skills
  • advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with OX and Prisma media platforms
  • strong understanding of local media measurement (Nielsen and Comscore)

Responsibilities

  • Create and activate smart, effective, inclusive and efficient advertising solutions in your assigned local markets (typically mid-top ranked and/or mid-top complexity).
  • Have a sound understanding of forecasting and various measurement methodologies
  • Successfully Supervise assigned Negotiators to manage timelines, client guidelines, and ensure key performance metrics are achieved.
  • Oversee and review completed buys for activation approval.
  • Successfully Supervise assigned Negotiators to manage campaign performance reporting and total agreement fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with Client Leads to develop, maintain and communicate needs and deliverables.
  • Cultivate relationships with partners/vendors that add value for our clients.
  • Be an expert on the individual nuances in your assigned markets and know how to utilize market strengths to our client's best advantage.
  • Be an expert on the leading local buying platforms and tools.
  • Collaborate with the team to share your knowledge and to further develop your skills and the skills of other team members.
  • You will have the full support of our Management to fuel your growth and maximize your potential.
  • You will have access to additional training on a vast library of advertising content.
