About The Position
Position Description: Responsible for the overall management of the laboratory in an efficient, economic and quality manner; to the satisfaction of the Lab Medical Director, the Laboratory Department Director, Hospital Administration, and the medical staff. Supervises, coordinates and participates in all areas of laboratory testing and compliance with regulatory agencies.
Requirements
- Five (5) years’ experience as a CLS is required.
- Supervisory or Management experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License or California Clinical Specialty License.
- CPI is required within 30 days of hire
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Supervisory or Management experience preferred.
