Laboratory Supervisor, Full-Time, Core Lab
About The Position
UC Health is hiring a full-time Laboratory Supervisor for the core lab department at West Chester Hospital. Under the guidance of the Lab Manager/Lab Director, the Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the Technical Associates (TAs), and Medical Technologists (I, II, III) with regards to scheduling, PTO requests, timecards, corrective action and performance review. The Laboratory Supervisor provides technical expertise supporting specimen receiving, specimen testing, and results reporting in the laboratory, oversees supplies for each department, by setting par levels and orderings, and serves as the primary contact for new hires as they are onboarded into the department.
