About The Position
Job Summary: Plan, organize, and supervise staff assigned to implement and maintain organization-wide integrated data systems including networks and software applications operating on various platforms. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Plans, organizes, and supervises staff for the implementation and maintenance of integrated data systems, networks, and software applications. Oversees organization-wide IT infrastructure, ensures seamless operation on various platforms. Safeguards compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve integrated and efficient data systems. Provides strategic direction for IT initiatives and technological advancements. Monitors and optimizes network performance to meet organizational objectives. Stays current with industry trends and recommends technology upgrades as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Programs, IT Systems, or related field.
- 6 years’ experience in IT Management or related position.
- Must demonstrate analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and with others.
- Strong technical computer programming and trouble-shooting skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Demonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills.
- Leadership and effective team management.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced or Master’s degree in related field preferred.
- 8+ years’ experience preferred.
- Certifications in big data analytics or coding programs such as Python, JavaScript, or C++ is a plus.
