About The Position

Production Supervisor for Injection Molding KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Schedule attainment • Data / Paperwork • Mold Protection • Work station cleanliness KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain a safe work environment. Support and development of employees including counseling and motivation. Manage employee schedules, sick / vacation time and job assignments. Recognize and correct any production inefficiencies. Follow schedule to meet On Time Delivery expectations. Ensure that mold protection settings are consistently at the lowest pressure setting while running productions. Ensure that the mold parting line is maintained and free of debris at all times by employees. Support IQMS activities. Support ISO standards. Actively seek system/process improvements. Demonstrate good communication skills to all levels of employees. Recognize, report, and correct any safety issues. LMA RESPONSIBILITIES: (Leadership, Management, Accountability) Yes Responsible for the supervisory activities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsible for the overall supervision, coordination, performance and evaluation of Wright molding employees. Responsibilities include meeting company goals and metrics, participating in interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees.
