Requirements

  • High school diploma / GED equivalent and have the ability to calculate parts requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Color vision within normal limits (according to Ishihara screen).
  • Ability to work in awkward positions
  • Minimum lifting of 25 lbs.
  • Ability to reach and lift 25 lbs. above shoulder height
  • Ability to grasp and manipulate small objects with either hand
  • Minimum corrected / uncorrected vision of 20/40
  • Strong Basic Computer Skills
  • Strong communication skills, to communicate findings to Production accurately and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with employees from the prior shift.
  • Complete the daily inspection reports
  • Gather samples of product from production.
  • Weigh / gauge parts and document your findings.
  • Notify Molding Leads/AGLs/GLs of defective product.
  • Place tested product in designated scrap boxes by material type.
  • Perform line walks as time allows.
  • Knowledge of C-Pro, ISO, SQF, and GMPs.
  • Place nonconforming product on QA hold.
