In this role, you will lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of our EHR and electronic practice management systems, shaping how technology supports care delivery every day. You’ll bring your expertise in system administration, workflow design, testing, and data integrity to create solutions that are intuitive, reliable, and aligned with the real needs of a dynamic behavioral health agency. Working closely with clinical and operational partners, you’ll translate complex workflows into efficient, sustainable system configurations and drive both quality care and operational excellence. You will also play a key leadership role, guiding, monitoring, and developing a collaborative EHR team. From setting priorities and delegating work to onboarding new team members and providing ongoing coaching and feedback, you’ll help build a team that feels supported, confident, and empowered. By leading EHR and patient portal training, championing best practices, and thoughtfully escalating complex issues when needed, you’ll foster strong adoption, continuous improvement, and trust across the organization.
