About The Position

New Hire Incentive available up to $4,000 for those who qualify. This is a full-time, salaried position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The role requires availability for call coverage when the Imaging Department is open, as well as sick call for staffing needs and emergency call coverage during evenings and weekends. As Supervisor, Imaging Services you will be responsible for day-to-day coordination of staff to provide clinical care within a single business unit. You will ensure imaging staff reflects established standards per regulatory requirements of care and practice and a culture that promotes patient safety. Under the general direction of the Patient Care Manager, you will share leadership responsibilities for the imaging department, including managing daily staffing plans, and adherence to care processes for patient flow to ensure the best patient experience. Requirements

  • 3 years' experience in imaging services with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
  • ARRT/CRT or ARDMS/CCI or RN
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong background in MQSA
  • At least 3 years leadership experience within imaging services
  • EPIC working experience
