As a Residential Specialist, you’ll support individuals with disabilities in their homes, helping them build independence, confidence, and joy in daily life. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of experience supporting individuals with disabilities
- Valid CA driver’s license, insurance, and clean driving record
- A genuine passion for helping others thrive
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with Therap or similar systems
Responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on, person‑centered care
- Support daily activities like hygiene, meals, cooking, cleaning, dressing, and mobility
