About The Position
As a Residential Specialist, you’ll provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a home environment. Using a person-centered approach, you’ll empower clients to engage in daily life, make choices, and gain independence. Skip the late‑night shifts and long evenings. Work 7am–3pm, avoid peak traffic, and enjoy the rest of your day on your terms
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of experience supporting individuals with disabilities
- Valid CA driver’s license, insurance, and clean driving record
- A genuine passion for helping others thrive
Responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on, person‑centered care
- Support daily activities like hygiene, meals, cooking, cleaning, dressing, and mobility
- Encourage independence and help individuals reach personal goals
- Foster a warm, respectful, and engaging home atmosphere
