HealthRIGHT 360, a nonprofit organization and a family of programs, is committed to providing accessible and comprehensive healthcare services to vulnerable populations. In San Francisco, HealthRIGHT 360's Withdrawal Management and Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment Programs include one Withdrawal Management program and four Residential programs as well as a centralized Intake Department. Each program is staffed by an interdisciplinary team including SUD counselors and therapists working in coordination with nurses and medical providers. Our programs provide integrated care to help clients address addiction and health related issues, increase skills, manage stressors, connect to supportive services, and build a foundation for lasting recovery. Supervisor II, Scheduling serves as an Intake Nurse Supervisor responsible for providing comprehensive nursing assessments and care to clients entering the program. This role ensures a safe and welcoming admission process by evaluating clients' medical histories, conducting physical assessments, and monitoring withdrawal symptoms in alignment with evidence-based protocols. This role collaborates closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, provide client education, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. With a focus on compassionate care, Supervisor II, Scheduling plays a vital role in supporting clients on their recovery journey while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. This role also provides oversight for all behavioral health Medical Schedulers. This includes hiring, termination, supervision, and performance assessment.
