About The Position

The Supervisor, HR Services provides administrative support for the Chief People Officer. They perform advanced, diversified and confidential duties that may be administrative in nature or project based. Work requires broad and comprehensive experience, skills and a thorough knowledge of organization policies and practices. They prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, etc. This role plans and sets up leadership meetings and Eastpointe events. They supervise the front desk and mail room and have oversight over the Eastpointe café.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years in an administrative support role, preferably supporting an executive leader.
  • Proficient organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • High level of customer service experience
  • Excellent organizational management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all work performed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and project support (such as calendar maintenance, meeting scheduling, travel, project research, deck preparation etc.) to Chief People Officer (CPO).
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between SanMar and our onsite Café vendor; act as a liaison with our current Café vendor to ensure employee and vendor satisfaction.
  • Event plan and manage mid-level to high-level internal and external events and meetings.
  • Supervise HR Administrative Assistants and Receptionists and ensure exceptional service is provided to employees and guests.
  • Partner with our security team to ensure that employees working out of our corporate office have badge access.
  • Facilitate corporate relationship with third partner travel agency.
  • Advise and articulate processes and standards company-wide for mid-level internal and external relations and communications.
  • Oversee interaction in the Admin group at Eastpointe, building community and providing resources.
  • Foster a positive, service-oriented work culture aligned with company values and HR best practices.
  • Maintain reimbursement files for the budget, processes invoices and payments for the department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Benefits

  • Salary Range: You`ll earn between $77,970 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience.
  • Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.
  • Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.
