Requirements

  • Basic computer and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible schedule-able to work varied days and shifts to include weekend and holidays.
  • Proficient English language communication skills to communicate both verbally and in writing with guests, owners, co-workers, and

Responsibilities

  • Assists in training housekeeping staff, including safety, security, department procedures and service guidelines.
  • Assists in scheduling staff according to standards and forecasted occupancy; assigns daily work tasks to employees.
  • Inspects guestrooms and public areas throughout the resort.
  • Maintains inventory at appropriate par levels ensure employees have necessary tools and supplies to perform their duties.
  • Perform shift associated work such as room assignment, vacant room discrepancy reports, and departure reports.
  • Assist in all department meetings.
  • Documents and communicates maintenance request to engineering department to ensure resort service quality standards are met.
  • Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assists in the performance review process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
