A Supervisor Housekeeping, provides excellent service to guests and owners during their stay, being proactive and responsive to guests’ concerns and inquiries. Requirements

High School Diploma / GED
Flexible Schedule, ability to work weekends & holidays
Flexibility and adaptability to changing work volumes and staffing
Previous Supervisory Experience
Housekeeping Experience
Ability to communicate effectively with guests
Physically able to work from ladders, move furniture, operate cleaning equipment, and tolerate exposure to general cleaning chemicals.
Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust and noise

Responsibilities

Supervises housekeeping operations to include rooms, common area and heart of the house areas to achieve and maintain the resort's high standards of cleanliness.
Supervises projects and processes.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and maintenance procedures, write routine reports and correspondence, speak effectively before groups of guests and team members as needed.
Demonstrate basic mathematical skills, and ability to solve practical problems.
Understand and comply with a variety of instructions in written and oral form.
Demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Provides guidance and directions to subordinates.
Regular attendance in keeping with guidelines established by the company and site are essential to the successful performance of this position.
