Expectations: Supervises and directs all work activities of Hospitality Services staff which may include one or more of the following departments: Patient Transportation , Environmental, and Linen Departments. Performs routine quality control inspections and ensures quality standards are met. Provides on-going training and performance assessment of employees to maintain and improve employee competencies. Creates an atmosphere of open, positive communication throughout the department. This position requires flexibility of hours.
