The incumbent is responsible for working with organizational leadership to plan, organize and develop programs for the organization. The incumbent may supervise vendor level relationships and provide oversight of contracts, which includes ensuring contracts are negotiated within required timeframes and provide optimal resources to the organization. In addition, the incumbent works with departmental leadership to establish and maintain effective working relationships with public and private agencies providing services to clients as appropriate.
