What you get to do: You will provide skilled, knowledgeable support for our year-round park operational needs. You will:

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent
• Have a valid Driver's License, and ability to meet the organizations driving guidelines
• Have a valid Paramedic, EMT certification or RN License
• Have at least one year supervisory experience in the medical field or medical emergency response
• Be available to work flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Have data entry experience and Microsoft Office experience
• Be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat. Position may be exposed to fumes, dust, odors and cold/heat temperature extremes
• Be able perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks(use of tools/keyboard/writing)
• Be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time, climb, lift/carry/push/pull at least 35 pounds
• Perform all cleaning duties; including use of cleaning chemicals
• Be flexible in work locations as placement will depend on business needs and career development opportunities
• Have good written/verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Have a working knowledge of the Worker’s Compensation System preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform medical care to Guests and Team Members
• Maintain daily paperwork
• Perform duties and documentation for Occupational Health Care, Workers Compensation, OSHA, and Case Management
• Lead and motivate Health Services Team Members
• Ensure departmental procedures for opening and closing are fulfilled
• Enforce all park and departmental policies and procedures
• Interact with guest and employees by greeting them and providing excellent service in an efficient and courteous manner
• Work in a team environment and interact with others in a professional manner
• Perform other duties as assigned
