About The Position

The Supervisor of Hawks Peak plays a key leadership role in delivering an exceptional guest experience in a vibrant, fast-paced, and entertainment-driven venue. This position supports the Manager and Food & Beverage leadership by ensuring smooth daily operations, reinforcing high service standards, and guiding a motivated team. The Supervisor actively fosters a welcoming environment where guests enjoy top-tier service, great food and drinks, and a dynamic social atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar, ideally in a sports bar or entertainment venue.
  • Proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments while maintaining exceptional guest service standards.
  • Experience with POS systems and basic reporting.
  • Leadership Excellence: Strong ability to lead and motivate teams with professionalism, confidence, and a focus on high performance.
  • Effective Communication: Clear, respectful, and proactive in both verbal and written communication with team members and guests.
  • Guest Service Focus: Committed to delivering memorable guest experiences through attention to detail and responsiveness.
  • Multi-Tasking & Adaptability: Skilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency.
  • Food & Beverage Knowledge: Understanding of restaurant and bar operations, including responsible alcohol service and service timing.

  • Experience working in an integrated Casino Hotel and/or a Forbes or AAA rated property.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision and guidance to team members, ensuring accountability, professionalism, and service excellence.
  • Conduct daily pre-shift meetings, deliver ongoing coaching, and support a positive, collaborative team culture.
  • Lead by example in creating a welcoming environment with prompt, friendly, and attentive service.
  • Regularly engage with guests, resolve concerns professionally, and support the execution of promotions and sports programming.
  • Ensure the bar and dining areas are clean, organized, and prepared for service at all times.
  • Monitor shift readiness, oversee service flow, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Oversee scheduling to ensure proper shift coverage to support business volume, team member breaks and uninterrupted guest service.
  • Oversee POS transactions, cash handling, and discount procedures with accuracy and integrity.
  • Enforce alcohol service policies and complete shift reports, incident logs, and compliance documentation as required.
  • Assist with food running, guest seating, bar support, and team coverage during peak periods.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth service and address guest needs.
