Gas T&D Operations Leadership is responsible for managing teams directly or indirectly involved in operations, maintenance and installation of the gas transmission and distribution system including completing all unplanned, emergent work and all mandated program work. Oversight of personnel performing maintenance work, short-cycle construction work, I&R activities and all mandated programs. Manage teams that work on: •Complete all unplanned, emergent work •Document completed work to share with Engineering to update Enterprise Systems (GIS) •Make minor adjustments to achieve the workplan as defined by the Asset & Resource Management (<10% variation to original plan) •Communicate concerns regarding scope, schedule, and cost to Resource Management for adjustment •Emergency response & fulfillment of Incident Commander role •Develop work force strategy (internal & external) •Inspect & validate work All leaders provide safe gas services while maintaining compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements. Leaders demonstrate safety leadership and promote a safety culture among all employees for themselves, customers, and the general public. Contribute toward Gas Safety Excellence goals by improving safety, reliability and affordability for one or more asset families and one or more life cycles. This position is a DOT (Department of Transportation) covered classification and is subject to random drug and/or alcohol screening This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. A reasonable salary range is: Bay Area Minimum: $129,000. Bay Area Maximum: $207,000. &/OR California Minimum: $123,000. California Maximum: $197,000.
