Job Overview The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing front office operations across AltaMed sites. The Supervisor develops and implements quality, cost-effective, efficient systems and protocols for standardizing processes of patient care by partnering with Administrative & Medical leadership. The Supervisor is responsible for the assessment, development and implementation of standardized Front Office operations, policies and procedures ensuring excellent customer service and efficiency. The Supervisor effectively communicates with leadership on all process improvement projects. Works in collaboration with Center Managers and the Manager of Nursing ensuring the delivery of the highest quality patient experience.
