Requirements

  • Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience required
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support front desk staff during assigned shifts
  • Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes for all guests
  • Resolve guest concerns or service issues promptly and professionally
  • Train, coach, and mentor front desk team members
  • Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs
  • Monitor room availability, reservations, and special requests
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
  • Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and daily front office reports
