Requirements

• Two (2) years experience in a Hospital, major Food Service establishment, catering service or experience in storeroom/purchasing.
• Must have valid driver's license (Northside Gwinnett Storeroom only)
• Demonstrated knowledge of common diet modifications.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cafeteria operations.
• Ability to maintain proper cash handling procedures.
• Ability to supervise and direct food service operations and personnel.
• Working knowledge of personal computer applications (Office and Excel), in a windows based environment.

Nice To Haves

• Certification by Dietary Manager's Association
• Previous experience in health care.
• One (1) year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, major food service establishment or catering service.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and leads department functions, including serving and delivering meals, menu planning, food preparation, sanitation, and appropriate record keeping.
