Ensures the quality, safety sanitation, and efficiency of services and maintains compliance with all government and regulatory agencies including Joint Commission, DHS and Title 22. Requirements

  • National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority within 30 days of hire or National ServSafe Manager Certification - National Restaurant Association upon hire.
  • 2 years of Food service and supervisory experience in hospital or healthcare related setting.
