About The Position

The Supervisor Flight Attendants invest in the future of Southwest's People in their support and evaluation of Southwest's Flight Attendants, focusing on the Baltimore (BWI) Inflight Base. This role will be responsible for evaluating and documenting Flight Attendant job performance, enforcing work rules and Company policy, and ensuring Flight Attendants' professional standards are met. This role will also serve as the main point of contact for Flight Attendants for their assigned station to support and answer questions directly related to the Flight Attendant role. The Supervisor Flight Attendants is excited to bring their unique background to the Inflight Team, where they'll have the opportunity to drive the future of Southwest.
