The Role We are looking for a talented Facilities Supervisor for our Global Headquarters site in Wilmington, MA. The candidate will be responsible for providing oversight and daily task scheduling of preventive maintenance (PM) and repair activities for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities on various building systems. The site consists of 1.4 million square feet office space, R&D laboratories, and manufacturing facility encompassing 9 buildings. The candidate will be focused on supporting night shift operations (COP-D) rotating every 3 weeks M-Th 8p-6:30a, Friday – Sunday 6:30p-6:30a.

Requirements

  • 2-year associates degree, technical trade training, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of facilities maintenance experience.
  • Good computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in EXCEL, WORD, and Power Point.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to be successful in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Must be able to interpret detailed plans, specifications, operating manuals, and other written materials associated with trade.
  • Mass State Grade 2 Wastewater License must be obtained within one year of employment
  • For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.

Responsibilities

  • Assign, prioritize, and track workorders to ensure the timely completion of all preventative and corrective maintenance tasks while complying with all standard safety codes and practices.
  • Assist with the management of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Coach, mentor, track and evaluate performance for end of year performance reviews for assigned technicians in alignment with team efforts and organizational goals.
  • Manage assigned projects and drive them to completion on time and within budget.
  • Plan and execute repairs and maintenance on various facilities equipment systems, (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, High Purity Water, Wastewater, etc.).
  • Interface and coordinate with various departments for repairs, project planning, and problem solving.
  • Facilitate and coordinate services with outside vendors and contractors and ensure successful completion of tasks.
  • Respond to trouble calls quickly and safely to minimize downtime.
  • Support and assist with shutdown planning and execution.
  • Overtime required as needed, including holidays.
  • Must be able to work at various heights and limited crawl spaces.
