About The Position

Summary: Manages the sanitation and composting process across concessions, clubs, and suites. Performs a variety of facilites duties while providing a pleasant guest and employee experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year supervisory leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the sanitation and composting process across concessions, clubs, and suites, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.
• Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs.
• Understands sanitation, composting, recycling, building, and local regulation standards.
• Ensures proper control and handling of refuse, composting, inventory and equipment.
• Follows helath department, building, government, and food safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
