About The Position
Under the direction of the Director of Facility Operations, the incumbent assists to ensure smooth and efficient Public Space operation. The position will require working a varied schedule that will include nights, holidays and weekends. Incumbent must demonstrate leadership qualities and have ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Incumbent is responsible for supporting the Director of Facilities with operations management, team member development, training, staffing and scheduling. In addition to, incumbent is responsible for the management of policies and procedures that support the Public Space department.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two (2) year college degree or additional equivalent experience
- One (1) to three (3) years of supervising Public Space staff or related experience
Nice To Haves
- Commercial cleaning experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
- Assign work, check quality, train workers
- Order supplies and keep inventory
